The early termination of the residence period occurs when the interested party informs the Government that they are no longer interested in maintaining the agreed conditions that gave rise to the stay initially granted to the immigrant.
On its turn, the statement by the intertest party concerning their waiver of the request occurs in specific situations, such as simultaneous prosecution of two requests for the same immigrant; when the residence authorization has been granted, however it has not been used to enter the country.
