Residence Authorization for work and research purposes is granted by the General Coordination of Work-Related Immigration to the interested party/immigrant who is in BRAZIL, and therefore there is no indication of consular office. So, after the Residence request is granted, the foreigner shall proceed to the Federal Police for registration.
